How much will it cost?

My basic rate for commissions starts at £30 per hour, with travel to the location charged at the actual cost of travel plus £15 per hour if the location is more than 45 minutes travel from my home base. For commercial commissions, where the commissioning client requires the output from the session in digital format (on CD or DVD, depending on the amount of material) this is included in the hourly fee. If particularly complicated editing is required, the time taken is chargeable in addition to the time spent on location.

Artwork for posters CD/album covers and so on costs from £30 per design. The exact cost will depend on the complexity of the final required image; please contact me with your requirements.

Portrait sessions are charged at £30 and then £15 for each fully edited and colour corrected 12" x 8" print supplied in a card display mount; 6 x 9" prints similarly mounted are £10.50 whilst 7.5" x 5" prints are £8 each. A2 size posters cost £20 each. Portraits can also be supplied printed on canvas at prices from £32.50 for an 8 x 10" print. Other types of media and sizes are available on request.

I will attend events and club or association presentations free of charge to the organisers provided that the number of people attending exceeds 50, for lower numbers an attendance fee will apply.

For bands and performers I can attend a gig, photograph your performance, edit the images and provide them to you on CD for a flat fee of £25 within the central London area, for attendance elsewhere travel costs will be charged in addition. Actors' head shots are charged at a flat rate of £30 with the output supplied on CD.

In all cases the copyright in the images produced remains with me unless any other agreement has been made in writing between the client and Kris Gruber Photography. I reserve the right to make use of any image taken by me for exhibition, competition or publicity purposes connected with my business.
